Only existing patients can schedule appointments online. Please complete the pre-registration questionnaire by clicking on the button below before requesting an appointment with our practice.

Existing Patients

Booking appointments online is only for established patients and for SICK VISITS ONLY. Please do not try to book physicals/check-ups.

If you are an established patient and you are booking a SICK VISIT, please click the “Book an Appointment” button below to begin. Select your desired Specialty, Location, and Provider, and be sure to select the “Yes” radio button on the subsequent page to indicate that you are an established patient.

If you do not see any available appointment slots, you may need to try another provider or another location, or you can always send us a request. We will call you to find a solution that meets your needs.

An Important Message From Dr. Kelly McKerahan

After many wonderful years caring for you and your families, I have decided it is time to retire at the end of December 2025. Please join me for a retirement celebration on December 17, 2025, from 3:00–4:30 pm at Rancho Family Medical, 28780 Single Oak Drive, Temecula, where we can say goodbye, share memories, and answer your questions about your future care.

Your medical records will remain securely with Rancho Family Medical Group, and you will continue to have access to them even after my retirement. If you need an appointment, want to confirm an existing visit, or would like copies of your records sent to a new primary care physician, please call use the button or dial (951) 225-6808 for assistance.
