Beneranda Gumbayan, CPC - Office Manager

Beneranda Gumbayan serves our Murrieta, CA practice as both our office manager and chief patient care coordinator. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in medical billing and is a certified professional coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). As a dynamic professional, Beneranda works closely with patients to help them understand their insurance benefits, ensures accuracy in coding and billing for medical procedures, and provides exceptional customer service to all patients who visit our practice. She, as well as the majority of our office staff, is bilingual, which makes it easy for Spanish-speaking patients to feel at home, as well as efficiently communicate their medical needs and concerns. In her multifaceted role as office manager, Beneranda oversees our day-to-day operations and takes a meticulous, caring approach to keep our facility running smoothly and efficiently. She is always ready to greet our patients and team members with a friendly smile and is an integral part of our team!
